For the homeowner, that is only here part-time. We can modify a package to your needs. All additional work is billed at $70/HR All prices are based on a 12 month contract. If contract is ended early, must pay for 50% of remaining contract.

Gold Package

$275/month

Weekly Inspections: Regular visual checks year-round.
Flexible Services: Lawn care, snow removal, dock services, and more.
Key Holder: Manage contractor access and package handling.
Temperature Control: Adjust heat before your arrival.
Post-Storm Checks: Inspect for damage after severe weather.
Additional Visits: Up to 4 extra visits per month; $70/hour after 30 minutes.

$175/month

Weekly Inspections: Weekly visual property checks.
Service Coordination: Arrange lawn care, snow removal, and dock services.
Additional Visits: Up to 2 extra visits per month; $70/hour after 30 minutes.

Bronze Package

$100/month

Bi-weekly Inspections: Visual property checks every other week.
Additional Services: Billed on a per-incident basis at $70/HR

Snow Bird Package

Winter-Only Property Management Package Customizable Services: Tailored to your needs while away. Hourly Rate: $80/hour. Contract Terms: Prices are based on a 3-month minimum. If terminated early, 50% of the remaining contract must be paid.

Parents Package

This is for the family that doesn't have children living in the are anymore and can't take a day off work when mom and dad call that something is wrong. Call Crystal Clear, and we will look into it for you! All additional work is billed at $70/HR. All prices are based on a 12-month contract. If contracted is ended early, must pay for 50% of remaining contract.
